Santino is a construction professional with over 10 years of successful project management experience in residential and multi-dwelling real-estate development. With a strong understanding of safety and building codes and regulations, Santino oversees all aspects of our projects. This comes with the full responsibility for completing all projects on time while maintaining the high quality of finishes expected from Belroc Homes.
Tim is a construction project manager with over 20 year’s experience who oversees and coordinates all aspects of our construction projects, from initiation to execution and completion. He plans, directs and manages the project’s, ensuring they stay on budget and on time.
Enio is a qualified site supervisor with over 20 year’s experience who oversees day-to-day operations on our construction sites, ensuring our trades are complying with safety standards and building codes. Enio also coordinates tasks while scheduling subcontractors, and vendors. This comes with the responsibility for completing all projects on time while maintaining the high quality of finishes expected from Belroc Homes.
Lisa plays a key role in facilitating communication throughout our company, she ensures procedures to make a workplace more efficient while organizing schedules, meetings, and interviews and overseeing administrative and clerical tasks.
Michelle is our Accounts Manager who plays an important role in our business by managing financial activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, processing invoices and maintaining payable and receivable accounts.
