Managing Director

Pas is a very hands on Director of Belroc Homes. You can be confident that Pas will have your best interest at heart throughout the entire building process. With over 15 years experience in the building industry Pas is very passionate about what he does and loves nothing more than to see his customer’s happy with their completed Belroc home.

John Triulcio

Sales Manager

John is an experienced Sales Manager and people leader with history working in the property, real estate and building industries for over 20 years. His strengths and experience span real estate and business development, sales management, negotiation and leadership initiatives. John is passionate about providing exemplary service and building relationships with clients and partners. He aims to achieve strategic and organisational objectives while ensuring clients are completely satisfied with the entire building and development experience.
John is a sales professional with Tertiary Qualifications from University of South Australia in Business and Industrial Engineering and has a Certificate IV accreditation in Property/Real Estate from the Real Estate Training College.

Pep Rocca

Development Consultant

Pep contributes a wealth of building and property development knowledge and experience to Belroc Homes. Previously working as an accountant Pep understands how important it is to deliver projects on time and on budget. Regardless of build size, budget is always an important factor and we will take this into account ensuring we keep you up to date throughout the entire process.

Dani

Administration Manager

Dani brings years of admin experience to Belroc Homes. Dani will ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and she’ll ensure that we meet promised deadlines when it comes to contracts, payments, and anything else admin to deliver a stress free & well organised build process.
